Returns/exchanges: 

Sorry, but we do not accept returns or exchanges on items or issue refunds.  We try our best to represent our products as best we can through description and pictures.  Please read entire product description carefully prior to purchase.  You can always reach out to us regarding any questions about items before purchasing.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) if the item is defective, damaged, something is missing, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please remember that all items are handmade and will never be "perfect" no matter how hard I try.  That being said, each item is inspected before shipping out.
